CHAPTER 4

It was Tony.

He banged on the door again. I swiftly opened the door before he was through with the knock. His knocking fist stopped in mid air. He was in his uniform. I brushed my hair back and hoped my face wasn’t red with blush.

“Hi.” I said, “Wasn’t expecting you?”

“Yeah, I was in town and I thought I would . . .”

“Zac’s expecting you?” I asked, thinking about what’s happening here.

“Well, no . . . I came to see you.”

“Are you crazy? You know Zac’s gonna be here any minute now. What are you doing here?”

“I came to see you, Cassie.”

“Are you trying to get us killed? You know Zac has a temper and if he ever . . .”

“Let’s talk.”

“About?”

“You know what about . . . I just wanna . . .”

“But you just wanna die. Zac might walk in on us, please just leave now, I don’t want any trouble.” I said firmly and began closing the door in his face.

He swiftly crutched the door with the tip of his hard boot before it swung fully closed.

“Just give me a minute please. Please listen. I promise it won’t take long.” I looked into his blue eyes and my motions slowed. I paused, I try not to look in his eyes any longer as to hide my true feelings but I couldn’t look away. He stared back into my eyes and I could already feel and heat between us. I took a soft breath, then hesitantly opened the door wider.

“It will be quick, I promise. It’s just that I really miss you so much,” He said.

Quick? What did he meant by quick? Was he talking about a quickie? Good gosh! I couldn’t keep my mind off sex around Tony. Could I? The thought of him bending me over and taking me quick with his uniform on right now in the living brought a strong pulse between my legs. He looked behind him to see if Zac’s car was driving in or was anywhere close.

He stared at me with a lusty gaze, stripping my towel from around me with his eyes.

“I’mma be honest with you, I’ve been really thinking of you a lot since the last time and I can’t pull it together. I have to have you again.”

“No way Tony! Are you freaking mad? I told you the last time that it was the last time. I don’t have feelings for you like that, it was just a mistake that will never happen again, so wipe that thought off your mind.”

Zac should be home by now, shouldn’t he? Maybe he’s working late tonight. I hissed and closed the door behind him. I was naked underneath. He tried to pull me into a hug, I touched on his belt and shoved him away with all my power, my hands slipped onto his hard abs. My shove had very little effect on his solid military body. His tall muscular structure had barely shifted, he stepped even closer to me, into my personal space never shifting his eyes out of mine.
